Online Purchase Return - Purchased from Lazada/Shopee? You can still warranty at EasyPC branches!
Courier Service - Send via courier to nearest branch, get replacement shipped back (7-15 day turnaround)

What's NOT Covered:

Physical damage (broken parts, water damage, corrosion, burns, etc.)
Damage from misuse, abuse, improper handling, or dropped items
