Didn’t know how to use this at first. I called them and got entertained in a timely manner. Rep explained well how to use the headset. I ended up buying an adapter for it to fully work and as they recommended. Would be better if this was explained in the product’s description. Nevertheless, this is still a 5-star rating: very affordable, great sound quality and mic output.
This is my second purchase in this store. The quality of their products is good and cheaper compared to other brands.

Indeed satisfied with this item, bought different gaming(cheap brands) headphones but this one exceeded my expectations. It can be used for gaming or if you are working from home even online class. Works both ways.
