NOW, through EasyPC’s strategic partnership with its’ 3rd party Logistics Provider, EasyPC also offers Nationwide Delivery Coverage which allows us to serve the rest of Luzon as well as Visayas and Mindanao. For these additional areas, our standard delivery lead times (as shown below) will apply.

Easy2Get Delivery, successful placed orders are verified and delivered to your designated address within 2 hours (Orders placed from 7:00am to 2:00PM) in some areas of Metro Manila only.

For Express Delivery, successful placed orders are verified and delivered to your designated address within 4 hours (Orders placed from 7:00am to 2:00pm) in some areas of Metro Manila only.

For Same Day Delivery, successful placed orders are verified and delivered to your designated address within less than 24 hours. (Orders placed from 12:00am to 12:00nn) within Metro Manila and nearby areas* only.

*Rizal – Antipolo, Taytay, San Mateo

For Standard Delivery, successful placed orders are verified and delivered to your designated address within the estimated delivery days except during Holidays.
2-3 days for Metro Manila, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna
3-5 days for rest of Luzon
5-7 days for Visayas and Mindanao

Important Notes:

1. In case you will not be able to personally receive your order, please make sure to prepare an authorization letter and proof of your authorized person’s identity (e.g. any government-issued ID). Please check whether all of your ordered items are delivered with what's stated in the delivery note, and then sign on the delivery note to acknowledge receipt before returning it to our logistics partner. Notification will be sent to keep you updated on the order status. You can also log in to your account to check your order status any time.

2. You can now track your order in two ways, (1) Click the Track My Order on the uppermost menu on the website page and (2) Logged in to your account, select Order No and you will find the latest status of your order from Received, Fulfilled, Out for Delivery and Delivered.

3. In case of undesirable weather conditions or delivery limitations due to local quarantine restrictions, deliveries may be delayed. Nonetheless, we will keep you informed and we will make most of our effort to deliver your order at the soonest possible time.

4. COD (Cash on Delivery) is applicable only for orders below P50,000 within Metro Manila and Greater Manila Area (some parts of Rizal, Cavite and Bulacan) while P30,000 within remaining part of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

5. Disclaimer: For items that are identified for Special Handling, a Customer Service Associate will reach out to you to discuss the fulfillment and delivery details

  • a. Bulky Items (Medium (14x10.5x7 inches) to XXL (20x16x12 inches) and Weight: More than 10 kgs) will not be available for same day delivery
  • b. Multiple orders placed with same delivery address
  • c. COD orders above P50,000 within Metro Manila, Greater Manila Area (some parts of Rizal, Cavite and Bulacan) while P30,000 within remaining part of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, single and/or combined with same recipient/delivery address.
  • d. Orders above 20kgs and/or with dimension of above 100x100x100cm may not proceed. Contact customer service for assistance.
