How to request a refund?

To request refund, send an email to sales@easypc.com.ph with the following subject and details

SUBJECT: Refund Request

BODY: Order Number, Refund Amount, Customer Name

An EasyPC Online Sales Representative will call you within 24 hours upon receipt of the email to process additional details needed for the refund.

Please note that these timelines may vary slightly depending on your payment provider or bank's processing time. Rest assured, we are committed to processing your refund as quickly as possible
