The item works as expected, legit Logi, it's a budget headphone, don't expect too much but for its price, it's a good buy.

I would like to commend the customer service of EasyPC, I thought one of the headsets is defective so I reported the incident and they sent a replacement a day or two after. The process is fast and very customer friendly, no lengthy questions and answers, yada yada but for some reason, the headset seems to work fine so I didn't proceed with the replacement. If I will buy another component in the future, I will definitely check EasyPC first for stock before going somewhere else. Thank you!
