Excellent DC to DC PSU and better than VS series

It's hard to research for the most cost-effective PSUs because PSU tier lists just don't work. However, the CV 650 is accepted as a generally reliable unit at a great price. If you're not familiar with in-depth PSU reviews that study their topologies, just understand that this is the best PSU in its price class, even compared to Seasonic offerings.
