The best bang for the buck gaming CPU out there right now, endorsed by 4chan's /pcbg/ and Reddit's PCMR. In most games this will perform the same or even better than the Ryzen 5 3600, without being overpriced here in the PH like the 3600. Though the 10400F usually runs 2666 MHz RAM, the difference in performance vs 3200 MHz and 3600 MHz is negligible - and 2666 MHz is much cheaper. Being considered mid-tier, the 10400F should run anything up to the RTX 3080 reliably. Still, if you're rich enough to afford the RTX 3080 or anything better than that, you should get a 10900K CPU or something even faster.
