Returns and Refunds
For refunds, customers may send EasyPC a chat, message the EasyPC’s Facebook page or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Customer Service Associates are available from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM to assist.
Items purchased within the 7 days outright replacement warranty is subjected by EasyPC’s return policy with exclusions and limitations. Please refer to the warranty information. Replacements are being processed in 7-15 days.
After 7 days, there is a ONE (1) YEAR service warranty from the date of item purchase. Exclusions and limitations apply. Please refer to the warranty information. Service warranty takes 30-45 days to process.
Refunds are subjected with the warranty information. Granted that the returned item is within the first 7 days of purchase with complete packaging. EasyPC has the FULL RIGHT TO DECLINE REFUND REQUESTS due to misuse, improper handling, incomplete accessories/packaging and incorrect orders.
Item compatibility is buyer’s responsibility. Please send a message via the EasyPC’s channels for item specific compatibility queries.
Successful refund requests will be processed using the method of how payment was made unless agreed otherwise. Full refund process takes 7-15 days to be completed.
