EasyFix Warranty

EasyFix is the first and only limited warranty service in the Philippines that offers free outright replacement for your computer essentials in case of material and workmanship defects. We've partnered with your favorite tech brands to ensure a quick and easy warranty experience.

Products covered by EasyFix are entitled to outright replacement within one year of date of purchase which gives you zero downtime and unparalleled peace of mind. You can return your defective product to any EasyPC branch and get it replaced on the spot! (Replacement may take 7 to 15 days if bought and returned through Lazada or Shopee.) Terms and Conditions Apply.

What is covered by the warranty:

EasyPC warrants its products contained in their original packaging against material and workmanship defects when the products are used normally for their intended purposes.

What is NOT covered by the warranty:

  • Demo units, clearance units, freebies and giveaways
  • Consumables, e.g. ink, toner, batteries, etc.
  • Software, e.g. incompatibility issues, loss or corruption of data

Three types of EasyPC warranty:

1-year Service Warranty – Products covered by the standard warranty are entitled to repairs/refurbishment within one year of purchase. The process usually takes 15 to 30 days. Terms and Conditions Apply.

7 days Outright Replacement – Products are entitled to outright replacement within seven days of purchase. Terms and Conditions Apply.

Return options

You can choose the most convenient return option for you!

Online to Branch easy warranty process (Terms and Conditions Apply) – Whether you purchased the product from an EasyPC branch or online platform (Lazada, Shopee, EasyPC website) you can have it warrantied at your nearest EasyPC branch. Your unit will be replaced on the spot as long as stocks are available.

Standard online process (Terms and Conditions Apply) – If you purchased the product through online platforms (Lazada, Shopee) and should you find yourself outside the vicinity of an EasyPC branch, you may still use the platform’s reliable online return process with a turnaround time of 7-15 days.

Courier drop off and pick up in store (Terms and Conditions Apply) – You do not have to personally come to the EasyPC branch and return the product yourself. You may book any courier service, pay for the delivery fee then have the defective unit delivered to the branch for warranty processing. A replacement unit will then be prepared for you within the day (cutoff times apply) and you will be notified accordingly. Then you may book your courier service of choice and have the replacement unit delivered to your address!

EasyFix Terms and Conditions

Return Requirements:

1. You must provide all of the following when claiming for warranty.

  • Proof of Purchase – Sales Receipt, Sales Invoice
  • Original Box with no damage or minimal damage
  • Complete accessories
  • EasyPC Warranty sticker

Note: In case of absence of any of the above requirements, the product may still be eligible for service warranty, but must be returned to the same store where the product was originally purchased.

2. Product must pass all the inspection checks and troubleshooting performed by authorized EasyPC personnel.


Exclusions:

  • Tampering, e.g. broken seal, missing/replaced wirings and screws, unauthorized soldering and alterations, etc. Defaced, erased or tampered serial numbers
  • Physical damage, e.g. broken parts, water damage, corrosion, burns, etc or any damage caused by the customer, e.g. damage due to product incompatibility, misuse, abuse, faulty installation, improper handling, wrong voltage applied, dropped, stepped on, chewed by dog, etc.
  • Acts of God / Force majeure – floods, earthquakes, and other natural catastrophes that cause damage or malfunction to the products
  • Out of warranty (past the 1-year warranty period)
  • In case of dead pixels on monitors, one to four scattered dead pixels are considered acceptable by the supplier and not counted as manufacturing defect, therefore not eligible for replacement.

Note: Presence of any of the above will automatically void your warranty. Please take the necessary precautions in handling your items.

    EasyFix is a type of warranty only available on selected products sold by EasyPC. This is the first of its kind to offer a 1-year outright replacement for products under its coverage. So, instead of waiting for repairs that could take several days or weeks, you get a replacement unit on the spot!

  • How much does EasyFix cost?

    EasyFix is currently the only warranty to offer a 1-year outright replacement for covered products at no additional cost to the customer. This is made possible with support from EasyPC’s partner brands who care about you – our customers.

  • How to find EasyFix products?

  • How do I verify that my unit is covered with EasyFix?

    Your unit’s warranty receipts indicate what type of warranty it is under. Please read your warranty receipt, and keep it secure.

  • How long does the EasyFix warranty last?

    EasyFix warranty is currently offered with a one-year coverage period. Follow EasyPC socials to stay informed of any changes ☺.

  • What is covered by the EasyFix warranty?
